SOLAR ICON- PROVISION CRANE COMPONENT OVERHAUL-ZHOUSHAN COSCO SHIPYARD

SEA LEGEND highly-trained personnel offer a comprehensive overhaul for M/V SOLAR ICON ’s port and starboard provision cranes during her dry-docking period in ZHOUSHAN COSCO shipyard in August. Upon completion of maintenance, the function test was executed to verify crane movements operating smoothly without abnormal noise or hydraulic leakage, restoring proper performance of the provision cranes.  

Work scope：

4. HOSTING MOTOR BALANCE V'V&RELIEF V'V&CARTEIDGE V'V SUPPLY
SLEWING HYD. MOTOR OVHL,SLEWING HYDRAULIC MOTOR SEAL KIT,, BOLTS, PLUGS

5. LUFFING CYLINDER OVERHAULING INCLUDING COUNTERBALANCE VALVE OVERHAULING

6. RECONDITION COEEOED PART OF  PISTON OF JACK CYLINDER BY LASER(P&S)

7. WINCH DRUM OVERHUALING, RENEW WIRE ROPE AND BOLTS

8. RECONDITION OF SPRING CYL DAMAGED PART
