ME & GE OVHL SERVICE-PRISM COURAGE-SINGAPORE SEATRIUM SHIPYARD

Sealegend's excellent engineering team was invited by SK SHIPPING CO., LTD. and assigned to Seatrium Shipyard in Singapore to commence the overhaul project for M/E piston / component & G/E overhaul of an LNG vessel. The construction period is from 30th July to 24th August. With meticulous maintenance technology in dual-fuel engine and efficient on-site management, we demonstrated our outstanding expertise in high-end marine equipment repair and global service.

For the "essential mission" across the border, we adhered strictly to executing the owner’s instructions from attendance plan to work scope , deploying 17 professional senior engineers from our team for a 25-day docking repair to ensure a comprehensive "health check" of the main & auxiliary engine's performance.

As the mainstream power equipment for LNG carriers, the WIN-GD X-DF series dual-fuel engine features a sophisticated system that requires highly skilled and experienced engineers for overhaul and troubleshooting. During the entire overseas operation at Seatrium Shipyard, our team strictly complies with local safety regulations and international ship repair standards, implementing standardized disassembly, inspection, testing, and commissioning with precise and rigorous procedures.

On more than one occasion, we provided service at Singapore shipyard for SK . In April 2024, we dispatched a dedicated 25-person maintenance team to proceed with 25 days of ME & GE overhaul service for M/V PRISM AGILITY. We believe that it is our strong capability and organizational skills that help us gain this overseas cooperation again.

The successful completion of this project at Singapore's Seatrium Shipyard marks a significant step in our company's internationalization strategy and providing shipowners with more reliable, more effective, and more convenient solutions.
